The Metrus Sustainable Energy Services Agreement.

All the equipment, maintenance, and monitoring that you need is bundled into our Sustainable Energy Services Agreement (SESA), a flexible contract that can include sites in different states and a range of measures, from energy reduction (efficiency) to energy production (on-site renewables).

Through the SESA, Metrus pays for all project development and construction costs. Once a project is operational, you make periodic service charge payments to Metrus for measured savings and, where applicable, renewable energy generation.

The Metrus SESA is typically treated as an off-balance-sheet operating expense and does not impact your credit or borrowing capacity.
