Bob founded Metrus in 2009 and serves as the President and CEO. Bob created the Sustainable Energy Services Agreement (SESA), which has become the contractual backbone for the financing of large-scale energy efficiency retrofit and renewable energy projects. Bob helped develop and grow the Energy as a Service market, which is currently a $5.4 billion industry.

As VP of Structured Finance, Jose leads the development and implementation of innovative Energy as a Service financing structures, driving the delivery of capital and profitability of Metrus’ sustainable energy financing platform. He is responsible for project financing and works closely with our capital partners and customers to develop commercial and financial elements of Metrus’ offering. Jose has 12+ years of experience in infrastructure and sustainable energy development and financing. He holds an MBA from UMass – Isenberg School of Management and a MS from Stanford University.

As VP of Project Development, John focuses on collaborating with external delivery partners and customers to source, develop and implement Energy as a Service projects. John brings over 15 years of experience in the energy space including 10 years of financing and developing behind-the-meter and community scale solar + storage projects and 5 years in energy efficiency program management. John has a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master’s of Engineering Management From Dartmouth College and the Thayer School of Engineering.

As Director of Human Resources, Terra is focused on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and driving a performance-based culture. Terra's focus is on keeping a watchful eye on the needs of the business as well as company compliance while delivering high quality service and process to Metrus employees.
