Bob founded Metrus in 2009 and serves as the President and CEO. Bob created the Sustainable Energy Services Agreement (SESA), which has become the contractual backbone for the financing of large-scale energy efficiency retrofit and renewable energy projects. Bob helped develop and grow the Energy as a Service market, which is currently a $5.4 billion industry.

As CFO, Ed has responsibility for commercial financing structures, corporate strategy and capital structure optimization, accounting, planning and financial compliance. Prior to joining Metrus, Ed served as the finance lead for Centrica Business Solutions (“CBS”) North America from 2017 to 2022.

As the VP of Project Development, Kieran leads project development on behalf of Metrus' customers and acts as a bridge that works closely with the CEO, CFO and legal department to support the complex needs of our customers and partners.

As VP of Legal, John provides direct legal support for our large scale, multi-state energy efficiency projects and transactions. He focuses on structuring and negotiating contracts and loan agreements and drives continuous collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. John holds a BA, JD & MBA from Stanford University and served in the US Air Force.

As Director of Human Resources, Terra is focused on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and driving a performance-based culture. Terra's focus is on keeping a watchful eye on the needs of the business as well as company compliance while delivering high quality service and process to Metrus employees.
