Earlier this month I participated in a panel discussion on ways to accelerate the deployment of energy efficiency at the Alliance to Save Energy’s EE Forum. I was joined by Brian Dean from the international organization Sustainable Energy For All (SEforALL) and Doug Johnson from the Consumer Technology Association (CTA); Lisa Jacobson from the Business Council for Sustainable Energy moderated our discussion.
Our conversation centered on strategies for creating a lasting trajectory for energy efficiency deployment. While each of us on the panel brought unique perspectives on the challenges, three key themes emerged that provide insight on charting a path forward to accelerate energy efficiency investment.
