Bob founded Metrus in 2009 and serves as the President and CEO. Bob created the Sustainable Energy Services Agreement (SESA), which has become the contractual backbone for the financing of large-scale energy efficiency retrofit and renewable energy projects. Bob helped develop and grow the Energy as a Service market, which is currently a $5.4 billion industry.

As VP of Sales, Ben is charged with expanding and deepening partner relationships through strategic engagement and joint go-to-market initiatives that leverage Metrus’ well-proven, industry leading Energy as a Service solutions. Ben brings over two decades of experience helping organizations decarbonize.

As VP of Structured Finance, John focuses on implementation of innovative Energy as a Service financing structures, driving the delivery of capital and profitability of Metrus’ sustainable energy financing platform. He is responsible for project financing and works closely with our capital partners and customers to develop commercial and financial elements of Metrus’ offering. John brings over 15 years of experience in the energy space including 10 years of financing and developing behind-the-meter and community scale solar + storage projects and 5 years in energy efficiency program management.

As VP of Development, Brian translates customer energy upgrade needs into financeable projects that can rapidly be advanced and deliver reliable, long-term performance. He ensures projects are technically sound, financially viable, and aligned with customer goals. Brian has over 15 years of experience leading energy efficiency development efforts as a technical resource to Sales.

As Director of Human Resources, Terra is focused on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and driving a performance-based culture. Terra's focus is on keeping a watchful eye on the needs of the business as well as company compliance while delivering high quality service and process to Metrus employees.
