SUMMARY: The CA Public Utility Commission recently issued a ruling proposing the creation of several different programs supporting energy efficiency finance.  Among those were the creation of an on-bill repayment system and other loan products and credit enhancement.  Metrus’ is supportive of the CPUC’s efforts to expand energy efficiency finance programs and submitted comments to the upcoming proceeding.  The ruling and all attachments can be found here.
