Project Characteristics

Metrus develops and finances integrated efficiency projects that include a combination of measures and technologies that generate electric and thermal energy savings. Metrus finances projects that range in total cost from $1 to $10 million. We seek projects that combine the implementation of low-cost efficiency measures with higher cost retrofits in order to maximize total energy savings. Metrus utilizes its ESA to develop tailored programs for customers with multiple projects at different facility locations that are part of corporate sustainability initiatives.
